The main advantage is a rearranged superstructure, which gives better coverage for the secondary and anti-aircraft battery. Introduced in Update "Fire and Ice", Fargo is a slight upgrade to the earlier Cleveland. She was placed in reserve in February 1950, with less than 5 years of service to her name.
